Jim is the CEO of ProcServe. He has over 20 years experience in technology and government consulting, business development and organisational management. Having begun his career in central government, he later worked with Capita, Price Waterhouse and then PA Consulting Group where he headed up PA’s business analytics group and later their central government consulting practice. Over the course of his career, Jim has worked for most central government departments on a range of ICT, procurement and business change projects. He has also worked within local government and health sectors.

Jim is also a non-executive director of the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency and an ad-hoc advisor to the National Audit Office.
